Ben Komro has been involved in real estate since 2010 as a sales associate, and later obtained his brokers license in 2012 after leaving a prior career in the automotive industry. Not only will you appreciate his honesty, but also guidance during the transaction process, leaving you feeling comfortable and trusting the decisions that you are making.  Having received countless awards and recognition on both a regional and national level, his industry knowledge and experience will show when you work with him.  With experience working in all aspects of the real estate industry including residential, commercial, land and second homes, Ben will bring his expertise to any real estate transaction that you put in front of him.

To ensure the best experience for his clients, Ben is always seeking to learn and embrace new technologies in an always evolving real estate industry.  These new technologies however, will never replace some of his very traditional service values ensuring clients always receive the best care and an open line of communication throughout the process.   Ben always welcomes an email or text/call in turn providing a prompt and honest answer to his clients.

Being a native to the Eau Claire area, Ben knows it and the surrounding areas extremely well. Should you be relocating to the area or just looking for something new, he is always on top of making recommendations on where to go, stay or eat.  Always out and about you’ll likely run into Ben grabbing coffee, out to eat or at the gym where his easy going and approachable demeanor always welcomes you to stop and chat.  If you can find Ben not working, he’ll likely be spending his free time with his wife, Samantha, their son and Golden Retriever.  When not with his family, he’s more than likely outdoors or working on something motor/vehicle related.

In her prior career as an implementation specialist at one of the country’s leading pharmaceutical benefit management companies, Lexi oversaw the onboarding of new clients from contract execution through implementation and on to operational readiness. Lexi’s knowledge in project planning and project management allowed her to develop a comprehensive implementation plan for the organization’s incoming clients including start-up, existing and expanding programs.  Though a completely different world, this past experience translates well to her position as Ben’s Assistant.

Lexi’s role on Ben’s team is such a key part to the smoothness and satisfaction of the process when working with them. She may not be tagging along on all of the showings, or holding open houses, however she is always there behind the scenes ensuring that the closest attention to detail is kept.  From the never ending calendar of important events, assisting with marketing of listings and being an additional source of information you will be glad she is there from beginning to end.

Like Ben, Lexi is also a native to the Chippewa Valley, she grew up and graduated High School in Chippewa Falls.  Following high school she attended CVTC in Eau Claire where she later passed the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board exam.  Currently Lexi resides in the small town of Fall Creek, with her husband Tucker, their two kids and two crazy dogs. When she’s not busy chasing her kids around or working you’ll likely find her reading her favorite mystery novels, baking, gardening or doing Yoga.
